Marco Gentile
Clinical psychologist, entrepreneur and founding member of Habeas Mentis. Founder of Oceancode Studio, he leads projects for brands, artists and companies in Italian and international marketing and entertainment. He conceived the concept of the Psychic Domicile.
Emilio Billi
Engineer, inventor and founding member of Habeas Mentis, he is co-founder of A3Cube and author of numerous international patents in supercomputing, computing architectures and high-speed interconnect systems. He is a member of the Scientific Board of UCBM Academy – Università Campus Bio-Medico di Roma.
Vincenzo Colarocco
Lawyer admitted to practise before the Italian Court of Cassation and founding member of Habeas Mentis, expert in new technologies, artificial intelligence and data protection, with particular attention to brain data and neurorights. He works with the University of Bologna and holds a teaching post in the Master’s programme in Personal Data Processing and Data Protection Officer.

Lawyer registered with the Naples Bar and PhD in Comparative Law, with more than 16 years of experience in the legal and academic fields and in specialist advisory work for public administrations. His practice focuses on administrative law, public procurement, contracts, Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) and the management of programmes and projects funded by national and European funds. He has extensive experience in the planning, implementation, monitoring, reporting and auditing of initiatives funded under the Structural Funds, the ESI Funds and Italy’s National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR).

Stefano Serra
Manager with experience in business development, innovation and the management of production and research and development processes. COO of Adam, a company operating in the healthcare sector, he works at the intersection of design, technology and business management. His work focuses on process and product innovation, with particular attention to the application of artificial intelligence to research, development and design.
Cristiano Longoni
Psychologist, psychotherapist and sport psychologist, he works across the clinical, healthcare and sports fields. He is the creator of the Paradigma Inusuale and co-founder of the Centro Studi Temenos, with long experience in applying psychology to performance and relational contexts. From 2011 to 2019 he was resident lecturer at the FIGC Technical Sector in Coverciano, and he has built solid experience in training and in psychological consulting applied to professional football.
Nicola Simonelli
Sports executive with experience in the governance and social responsibility of sports organisations, he works at A.C. Reggiana 1919 and is active in university education. He is a member of the Council of the FIGC Paralympic and Experimental Football Division. He conceived UNIMORE’s first-level Master’s in Sport, Education and Sustainability, devoted to the integration of sport, education, governance and social impact.

The research programme of Habeas Mentis concerns the definition of Cognitive Sovereignty and the study of the relationship between the person and persuasive digital environments.
